What a swanky, moody dining experience! We were recommended this place on our ride from the airport. Loved the small plates, didn’t get every picture, we were ready to dive in! Enrique was a great service provider, made great recommendations. The steak and chicken skewers were great! Loved the broccolini, Bodingas & had to get the bread pudding for dessert! Little slow to get us started with service but was worth the wait!

On a rainy evening, Del Rey’s moody glow and intimate bar seating set the perfect scene. The cocktails were balanced and indulgent, but the highlight was the Spicy Tuna Pate—rich, briny, and perfectly complemented by grilled sourdough, tangy onions, and bright lemon. Each bite was layered perfection, simple yet elevated. Paired with the cozy ambiance and fire in the fireplace, it was a meal that felt both timeless and unforgettable.

I’ve been to this place before the remodel And now I visited after and was so impressed Get the bombas and shrimp gamb I also heard the empanadas take 2 days to make so get those too All in all a very positive and yummy experience and would highly recommend this spot for tapas, cocktails and shared plates

My wife & I travel frequently and this is one of the top 3 restaurants we’ve eaten at over the last year. The food is simple but the cooking is excellent. I have spent a lot of time in Spain and it genuinely felt like a fantastic meal that I would eat there. Alex & Chris were both kind, genuine, and pleasant to work with. The ambiance is very cozy and inviting and unique. The entire hotel property is stunningly beautiful and we will definitely stay there the next time we are in town! Hopefully grilled Octopus will be back on the menu! Also, they do not add any foolish “surcharges” to the bill at the end which is nice. Thanks very much and super compliments to the chef and staff!!!

I’ve had a lot of great meals in my life, but what I experienced at this restaurant in Palm Springs was truly something special. The food? Absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. Every course felt thoughtfully prepared, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. But what truly set the evening apart was our server, Jaycee. Jaycee wasn’t just good—she was hands down the best server I’ve ever had. Attentive without being overbearing, personable without trying too hard, and somehow always right there at the perfect moment. She anticipated needs before we even had to ask, offered amazing recommendations that made the meal even better, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who turns a great dinner into an unforgettable experience, but Jaycee did exactly that. If you’re in Palm Springs, make a reservation here—and ask for Jaycee. You won’t regret it.

Been to many restaurants around the states and this one is the best food and drinks I have ever had. The service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere is perfect for a group or just two. Better than I expected. Service manager Cesar came to our table and greeted us. He was so friendly. Never have had service this exquisite.

The best service I have had in California in half a decade! Our server was charming, attentive, sincere and fun. The food and cocktails are delightfully delicious and a feast for the eyes. The atmosphere is the best treat, an all encompassing immersion in true taste and personality!

Amazing date night spot with delicious sharable tapas and strong drinks in a sexy and cute dark environment. A little more on the pricer side but worth it! The vaca skewers were honestly the best beef we’ve ever eaten. Tender, juicy and generous. We felt like we ate a small steak each!
